Daewoo is a company that mainly makes heavy lift trucks. The only problem is that they are a complete pain to find any accurate information about online. The company doesn't even seem to have a website for its subsidiary that makes the forklifts.

I'm really not sure that I can make any kind of recommendation for these. I've found some Internet message forums discussing Daewoo forklifts with some people saying they like them for heavy-duty lifting, others saying they're basically an old CAT design and that they aren't worth the hassle. The company doesn't seem very interested in putting out information on their products. They've got a website, but it's a Korean company and the English version is kind of poorly translated and useless if you want specific stuff about their models.

The other thing you can do is try to contact an American Daewoo Forklift dealer, who will be able to give you some more specific information. There is a company that deals in them here with an OK site with some model information.
