Linde Forklift makes several different kinds of "industrial trucks." They're all basically forklifts or different variations on the general design. Linde is big into efficiency and environmental friendliness in designing them. They've got an electronics system designed to manage power output to the minimum needed, and they use 90% recyclable materials in their forklifts.

Linde's models mainly stick to traditional designs. They've got electric and gas-powered forklifts, both designed like a traditional model. They don't really have any of the newer stuff that has come into vogue in warehouses (things like walkie-ridies, pallet towers, etc.). They do have some heavy forklifts and container handlers, however, which are good for outdoor work where you will often encounter heavier loads.
Linde Forklift's electric model has some good design features - the battery can be changed very easily, and they have a pivoting driver compartment to allow this. Basically, the whole cab of the forklift lifts up, letting you get at the battery more easily. It's also got an energy recovery system to extend the life of the battery - basically, using the brakes on the forklift generates electricity and recharges the battery, much like in a car.
As for the gas forklifts Linde makes, they claim you can get 20,000 hours out of them without any significant wear and tear. That's a great cost advantage if it holds up. They also tout cost comparisons between their forklifts and several competitors - while Linde is a little more up front, the big savings are in personnel costs and servicing the forklift. The personnel savings come from being able to complete tasks more efficiently - Linde's philosophy is that if it's easier to do, then it takes less time, which means both less manhours spent and less time putting stress on the forklift.
