Where can I find a preoperational checklist for my forklift?

Denise e-mailed in this question:

"I was wondering if you guys had a pre operational checklist for the fork lift? We are expecting oshaa to come in our shop for inspection we wanted some kind of check list for the forklift."

I looked around on the Internet and came up with these:
