Taylor Forklifts

Taylor forklift products mainly consist of the kind of standard, generic idea of a forklift you probably have. They don't really have much in the way of the newer designs for loading equipment. That's not really that big of a deal, but it does mean that if you're working with stuff in a warehouse, you won't be able to get all your equipment in one place. Most of the stuff Taylor makes is more suited towards outdoor lots - ports, shipping containers, etc. - they have the kind of forklifts that are great for speedily getting things across longer distances.

Because the lift capacity of even the smallest Taylor forklift starts at 16,000 pounds, you may be better off using another company if you are moving smaller pallets, etc. around. If you're moving larger stuff, though, they have capacity up to 120,000 pounds and are specialized in that area.

There are a couple of places you can go on the web to get information. First, for specific model information on Taylor equipment, go here. That's the website for the part of their company that handles forklifts and other loading equipment. Second, there is a dealer for Taylor in the Southwest USA that has a site with some pretty good information here. They sell used and refurbished ones, rent them, and service them, so if you're in the region or just want general information they're a good place to check out.
